Please keep in mind that it takes at least 2-3 business days for the parent agreement form email to be sent after the dual credit application is submitted. If your application was submitted in the last few days and you have not received an email confirmation for applying yet, do not submit this form. Allow at least one week for your dual credit application to be processed and the first email to be sent to your parent/guardian before submitting this form.
